When we reached out to Brendan for our leak problem, we had no idea what repairs would be needed. We had just purchased the house and realized that our back patio cover would leak from the seams and the gutters were not working as designed. BSquared roofing came recommended by the HOA, much to our dismay. We called out Brendan to give us his professional opinion and his estimate for the repairs needed. Brendan offered the quickest and "cheapest" method of repair to help seal the seams, but nothing about the gutters. Brendan performed said "repairs" but it didn't rain for another 3-months, when we discovered that the leak remained.We contacted Brendan a year later, to take advantage of the warranty provided by the company due to the continued leaking from the back patio cover. Brendan was unwilling to check out the continued problem nor offer a viable solution for our original concerns. We reached out to a secondary company and were provided the pictures, and a real solution to the actual problem. The roof was uneven and held water, which in turn leaked through the seams. The gutters were not installed correctly around the patio cover nor were they angled for the water to be flowing as designed.Brendan did perform what he set out to do, but it was a band-aid to a much bigger problem. As a roofing professional, we expected to receive the solution to our concern, not the quickest and most convenient patch job for him to perform quickly and get out. Just beware and make sure that you are getting the actual solution for your concern, not the quickest and "cheapest" offer he gives you.
